DAY ONE

So I finally decided to push myself through and decided to do something with my body. I can't say I wasn't doing anything previously, but... I noticed it is just not enough. moreover, my passion in junk food started to growing since I left school and suddenly there was not enough time to go to gym, for a walk and so on.

One day I woke up and when I looked at me in mirror, I was shocked. My body (which was perfectly great during University studying) was looking like it's someone else.

Alright, do no panic, you can always do something with it, I tried to calm myself. But as days went by, I was not pushing myself hard enough to see any positive sights. Even I participated on some 10 km runs, went to gym 2 days a week and also signed up for badminton, still I was eating too much trash and drinking just too much beer and wine. Alright, that's it. I have to do now or never.

So I started this crazy Body Revolution program (yes, today). And because I am crazy about food - not only unhealthy one, I am looking forward eating meet, eggs and vegetable :)

I would like to share with you my results during fighting with Body Revolution. At this moment all my muscles hurts :) Also because I went to gym yesterday and totally destroyed myself - GREAT START, I KNOW.
